Why I enjoy the pathology program at UNM

I had the opportunity to be a Post-Sophomore Fellow at UNM and truly loved the experience. I feel so honored to return now as a resident. UNM has great faculty in every sub-specialty that are committed and invested in resident education. There is also great case diversity and exposure to both academic practice and community practice. There are numerous opportunities to participate in research and other academic interests such as medical student education. UNM also offers a great balance between work and personal life, and Albuquerque has a lot to offer.
