Dr. Cheryl Willman invited to White House

The work of the University of New Mexico's Comprehensive Cancer Center has drawn the attention of the White House. Dr. Cheryl Willman, Distinguished Professor of Pathology and Internal Medicine, The Maurice and Marguerite Liberman Distinguished Endowed Chair in Cancer Research, Director & CEO, University of New Mexico Cancer Center, is one of six cancer experts that has been invited by Vice President Joe Biden's office to meet Thursday February 4, 2016 with White House staff about new national cancer initiatives that include precision medicine, research and clinical trials related to cancer. Congratulations to Dr. Willman for being included in this honored advisory group.
