Interests:

The Oliver Laboratory has focused since 1973 on the integration of novel imaging technologies with quantitative biochemical measurement and computational modeling to better understand membrane dynamics and the role of membrane protein mobility in the regulation of complex signaling pathways in immune and cancer cells.

Current interests include:

  • Cell and Systems Biology
  • Cell membrane organization and function
  • Tyrosine kinase signaling pathways
  • Spatial and temporal modeling of signaling pathways
  • Application of nanoparticles for molecular imaging and drug delivery
